- rubbing my two-year-old's head until he falls asleep after fighting with him for 3 hours to take a nap!
- waking up to a little guy who had fallen asleep next to me while eating at 4:30am
- holding my little guy close and feeling his eyelashes tickle my face as he blinks
- slobbery open-mouth kisses on my cheeks
- teeth grinding is one of those things I am not quite sure about, but at least I have the little man here and healthy!
- hearing my 2 year-old sing "Awesome God" and attempt to do the hand movements.
- even "Mommy" screamed from another room from a mad child reminds me that I am a Mom and that I have lots to be thankful for!
- pushing the kids on the swings. the little guy loves to go high and confirms his joy by smiling wide-mouthed and letting out a little squeal. the 2 year-old laughs and says "higher, higher" over and over.
- "I love you more" has to be a favorite. not sure where he learned it, but I absolutely love it.
- I could go on forever. Tricia has a lot to look forward to when she gets her transplant and gets to take her little girl home. :o)

For Tricia...
Found this idea linked to one of my favorite blogs. I know I am so blessed with my two boys (and an awesome husband). Hope that one day Tricia gets to experience the things I love most about motherhood as well.
